摘要
基于264份高校本科生的有效样本数据,本文采用SPSS 22进行数据分析,探究心理资本对大学生可就业能力的影响机制。研究结果显示:心理资本能显著正向预测大学生可就业能力;职业决策自我效能感在心理资本与大学生可就业能力之间起到中介作用。
Based on effective sample data from 264 undergraduate students in universities, this study uses SPSS 22 for data analysis to explore the impact mechanism of psychological capital on the employability of university students. The results highlight that psychological capital has a significant and positive predictive effect on the employability of university students. Additionally, the study reveals that career decision-making self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between psy-chological capital and employability.
