书院制背景下通识课程质量提升对策——以泰山科技学院为例

摘要 我国经济已进入高质量发展阶段,社会对人才的需求也发生了转变。培养高素质的综合型人才,已成为高校教学改革的重要内容。通识教育作为提升大学生综合素质的重要手段,越来越受到国内外高校的重视。虽然国内高校普遍开展了通识教育,但是效果不佳。本文以泰山科技学院为例,在书院制背景下,以泰山科技学院通识课程建设的现状为切入点,分析了泰山科技学院提升课程质量的必要性及在课程理念、课程实施、第二课堂、课程评价等方面的困境,从而提出相应的提升对策。 China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development, and the demand for talent in so-ciety has also undergone a transformation. Cultivating high-quality comprehensive talents has become an important part of teaching reform in universities. General education, as an important means to enhance the comprehensive quality of college students, is increasingly valued by domestic and foreign universities. Although general education is widely carried out in domestic universities, the effect is not satisfactory. Taking Mount Taishan University of Science and Technology as an ex-ample, in the context of the academy system, taking the current situation of the general education curriculum construction of Mount Taishan University of Science and Technology as the break-through point, this paper analyzes the necessity of Mount Taishan University of Science and Tech-nology to improve the quality of the curriculum and the difficulties in curriculum ideas, curriculum implementation, the second classroom, curriculum evaluation, and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures.
