摘要
大中小学课程思政一体化建设是一项具有长期性、持续性的系统工程。当下,如何形成大中小学在纵向上的密切配合以及各类学科在横向上的相互支撑,仍需要继续深入研究和探索,本文在总结分析西安市大中小学课程思政一体化建设现状的基础上,发现课程思政一体化主要存在一体化意识不强、课程思政衔接机制不够成熟、教材资源建设不足、课程体系不够完善,以及仍然存在的重智育轻德育等问题。针对以上存在问题,笔者研究学习了课程思政一体化的现实意义和相关理论基础,在剖析现存问题主客观原因的基础上,提出了大力提升教师思政素质水平,构建行之有效的一体化课程体系,课程思政与思政课程协同发展,做好学段统筹,促进大中小学课程思政衔接和建立必要的监督考核机制的建设对策。
The construction of ideological and political integration in the curriculum of universities, middle schools and primary schools is a long-term and continuous systematic project. At present, how to establish close coordination among primary, middle, and high schools vertically, as well as mutual support among various disciplines horizontally, still requires further indepth research and exploration. Based on summarizing and analyzing the current situation of the integrated development of ideological and political education in primary, middle, and high schools in Xi’an, this article identi-fied several key issues. These include weak awareness of integration, insufficient mechanisms for connecting ideological and political education across different courses, inadequate development of teaching materials and curriculum systems, and the persisting problem of prioritizing intellectual education over moral education. In response to these challenges, the author studied the practical significance and relevant theoretical basis of the ideological and political integration of the curriculum, analyzed the subjective and objective reasons for the existing problems, and proposed strate-gies such as enhancing teachers’ ideological and political qualities, establishing an effective inte-grated curriculum system, promoting the coordinated development of ideological and political education courses, ensuring smooth transitions between different educational stages, and implementing necessary supervision and assessment mechanisms.
