摘要
2022年版义务教育课程标准提出跨学科主题学习的要求,教师自身的跨学科学习是实施跨学科教学、发展学生核心素养的重要前提。本文通过对《教育部–乐高“创新人才培养计划”基础教育教师培训项目第三方评估报告》数据分析,了解中小学教师“跨学科主题学习”的现状及影响因素,探索培养中小学英语教师跨学科主题学习的路径。基于当前教师对跨学科教学存在的问题,探讨了如何构建跨学科共同体,践行“教–研–培”一体化,开发英语跨学科校本课程等路径,旨在提升教师跨学科教学能力,促进学生的综合素质能力发展,实现英语学科育人价值。
The curriculum standards for compulsory education (2022-year edition) puts forward the requirement of interdisciplinary thematic learning, and teachers’ interdisciplinary learning is an important prerequisite for implementing interdisciplinary teaching and developing students’ core literacy. Based on the data analysis of the Third-Party Evaluation Report of the Basic Education Teacher Training Project of the Ministry of Education-Lego “Innovative Talents Training Plan”, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of interdisciplinary thematic learning for primary and secondary school teachers, and explores the path of cultivating interdisciplinary thematic learning for primary and secondary school English teachers. Based on the existing problems of teachers’ interdisciplinary teaching, this paper discusses how to build an interdisciplinary community, practice the integration of “teaching-research-training” and develop interdisciplinary school-based English courses, aiming at improving teachers’ interdisciplinary teaching ability, promoting the development of students’ comprehensive quality and ability, and realizing the edu-cational value of English subjects.
