高职院校劳动教育理论课教学模式探索——基于劳动精神的培养

Exploration of Teaching Mode of Labor Education Theory Course in Higher Vocational Colleges—Based on the Cultivation of Labor Spirit

劳动是人类最基本的实践活动,是人类创造物质财富和精神财富的主要途径。培养当代大学生劳动情怀,引导学生树立正确的劳动观对践行社会主义核心价值观、增强社会责任感具有重要意义。劳动教育理论课在大学生人格塑造和社会责任感培育中发挥着主阵地、主课堂的作用,文章通过分析劳动教育课程中存在的问题,提出“一线四环节”教学模式,更好的促进劳动精神的培养。

Labor is the most basic practical activity of human beings and the main way to create material wealth and spiritual wealth. It is of great significance to cultivate contemporary college students’ labor feelings and guide them to establish correct labor view for practicing socialist core values and enhancing social responsibility. The labor education theory course plays an important role in shaping college students’ personality and cultivating their sense of social responsibility. Through analyzing the problems existing in the labor education course, the paper puts forward the teaching mode of “one line and four links” to better promote the cultivation of labor spirit.
