摘要
做好课堂教学是高校新入职青年教师的第一要务。本文结合笔者硕士毕业进入高校工作,从教学“小白”到2023年宜宾市优秀教师的两年成长经验,归纳出高校新入职青年教师在教学工作中常出现的问题,即教学方法单一、教学内容单薄、教学语言不规范、教学时间安排不合理、课程思政建设薄弱。后基于笔者的教学实践与思考,提出高校新入职青年教师解决以上教学问题的策略,以期为高校新入职青年教师提供一些参考。
Doing a good job in classroom teaching is the first priority for newly recruited teachers in colleges and universities. This paper summarizes the problems that often occur in the teaching work of newly recruited teachers in colleges and universities, namely, the single teaching method, the thin teaching content, the non-standard teaching language, the unreasonable teaching time arrangement, and the weak ideological and political construction of courses. Then, based on the author’s teaching practice and thinking, the strategies for young teachers to solve the above teaching problems are put forward in the hope of providing some reference for newly recruited young teachers in colleges and universities.
