目的:探讨PBL教学法与LBL教学法在精神科转岗医师培训中的应用效果。方法:对60名2018年10月~2021年10月在我科进行精神科转岗医师培训的学员进行分组,分别采用PBL教学法(Problem Based Learning, PBL)与传统教学法(Lecture Based Learning, LBL)进行教学,通过在培训结束后组织理论考试,比较两种教学方法的应用效果。结果:与采用LBL教学法的转岗学员相比,PBL组转岗学员的理论成绩高于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P.
Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method and LBL teaching method in the training of transferred physicians in psychiatry.
