大数据驱动下“Z世代”研究生网络思政教育工作创新策略研究

摘要 大数据时代,社会各领域因大数据技术赋能而发生深刻变革,高校思想政治教育工作也不例外。“Z世代”研究生群体熟练地使用网络进行学习,且相较于本科生群体,他们展现出更高的学习自觉性和网络学习频率。这一变化导致高校思想政治教育的主客体间信息不对称现象开始出现,为思政教育工作者带来了新的挑战。当前,许多高校尚未形成基于大数据的研究生思想政治教育思维方式。为此,高校应当依托大数据技术,构建大数据思政育人矩阵,建立一个实时反馈机制完善的全方位、立体化的教学资源库,在新时代切实落实三全育人;完善反馈机制,全面采集和分析研究生思想政治教育活动数据,实施精准网络思政教育;高校思政教育要因时而进,紧跟时代步伐,提升教师数字教育素养。 In the era of big data, profound changes have taken place in various fields of society due to the empowerment of big data technology, and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is no exception. The “Z generation” postgraduate group is proficient in using the network for learning, and they show higher learning consciousness and online learning frequency than the undergraduate group. This change has led to the emergence of information asymmetry between the subject and object of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which has brought new challenges to ideological and political educators. At present, many colleges and universities have not yet formed a thinking mode of ideological and political education for postgraduates based on big data. Therefore, colleges and universities should rely on big data technology to build a big data ideological and political education matrix, establish an all-round and three- dimensional teaching resource library with perfect real-time feedback mechanism, and effectively implement the three-round education in the new era, and improve the feedback mechanism, comprehensively collect and analyze the data of graduate students’ ideological and political education activities, and implement accurate network ideological and political education;ideological and political education in colleges and universities should advance with the times, keep up with the pace of the times, and improve teachers’ digital education literacy.
