大学生学业自我效能感的影响因素及其提升策略的探讨

摘要 大学生的学业成绩一直是我国高等教育的研究热点,越来越多学者把注意力放在影响大学生信念的地方,而学业自我效能感在促进大学生学习中发挥着重要作用,因此积极关注大学生的学业自信,提高他们的学业效能感在当下的研究中具有重要意义。本文基于影响自我效能感的四方面因素,从认知、动机、情感、选择四个方面出发,来分析影响当前大学生学业自我效能感的因素,并从学生要加强技能的锻炼,教师要实施成功教育、积极教育、个性教育、引导学生建立正确的归因模式,学校要完善榜样机制、构建和谐的校园文化这三面来提出相应的策略。 The academic performance of college students has always been a hot spot of research in higher education in China, and more and more scholars are focusing their attention on what affects the beliefs of college students, and academic self-efficacy plays an important role in promoting college students’ learning, so it is of great significance to pay active attention to the academic self-confidence of college students and to improve their sense of academic efficacy in the current research. Based on the four factors affecting self-efficacy, this paper analyzes the factors affecting current college students’ academic self-efficacy from four aspects, namely, cognition, motivation, emotion, and choice, and puts forward the corresponding strategies from the three aspects of students’ need to strengthen the exercise of their skills, teachers’ need to implement success education, positive education, individuality education, and guide students to establish a correct attribution model, and schools’ need to improve the mechanism of role models and build a harmonious campus culture. The school should improve the role modeling mechanism and build a harmonious school culture.
