摘要 医药类专业本科教育在提升医学人才素质方面占据重要地位,而本科生导师制度则是培养学生学术素养和实践能力的关键措施。本文深入分析当前医药类专业本科生导师制度的实施状况,并提出了一系列优化策略,旨在完善学生导师互选机制、强化师生间的沟通与交流,并注重个性化和创新性培养。通过学校、导师和学生三方的协同努力,构建一个高效且完善的本科生导师制度,为培养具备多元创新能力的医学人才奠定坚实基础。 The undergraduate education of medical majors plays an important role in improving the quality of medical talents, and the undergraduate mentor system is a key measure to cultivate students’ academic literacy and practical ability. This article deeply analyzes the current implementation status of the undergraduate mentor system for medical majors, and proposes a series of optimization strategies aimed at improving the mutual selection mechanism, strengthening communication and exchanges between teachers and students, and focusing on personalized and innovative training. Through the collaborative efforts of schools, mentors, and students, we hope to build an efficient and perfect undergraduate mentor system, laying a solid foundation for cultivating medical talents with diverse innovative abilities.
