新时代农村劳动教育的内涵变革、现实困境与发展路径

摘要 应时代发展变化推进农村劳动教育内涵变革、实践转型是新时代我国劳动教育发展的必然要求。劳动教育对于促进学生全面发展、构建完整的教育体系、推进现代乡村建设以及筑造美丽和谐社会具有重要价值。然而,在新时代劳动教育内涵变革的背景下,当前农村中小学劳动教育实践依然存在教育观念片面化、家庭和社会劳育参与度不足、农村劳育资源利用效率低、劳动教育评价制度不完善等问题。因而,重塑正确的农村劳动教育观念、构建多方参与劳动共育机制、有效开发农村特色劳动教育资源、构建完善的劳动教育考评机制是当前农村劳动教育发展的可行路径。 In response to the development and changes of the times, promoting the transformation of the connotation and practice of rural labor education is an inevitable requirement for the development of labor education in China in the new era. Labor education has important value in promoting students’ comprehensive development, building a complete education system, promoting modern rural construction, and building a beautiful and harmonious society. However, in the context of the change in the connotation of labor education in the new era, there are still problems in the current practice of labor education in rural primary and secondary schools, such as one-sided educational concepts, insufficient participation of families and society in labor education, low efficiency in the utilization of rural labor education resources, and incomplete evaluation systems for labor education. Therefore, reshaping the correct concept of rural labor education, constructing a mechanism for multi-party participation in labor education, effectively developing rural characteristic labor education resources, and constructing a sound labor education evaluation mechanism are feasible paths for the current development of rural labor education.
