流行病学课程教学中人文与思政的融合

摘要 目的:分析医学人文教育与课程思政融入流行病学课程的教学效果和价值。方法:将学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用流行病学“四个融合”教学,即教学目标与担当意识相融合、专业知识与人文素养相融合、教师教学与思想提高相融合、课题学习与实践相融合,通过两学年的教学,比较两组学生的教学成效。结果:实验组学生期末成绩相较对照组显著提高(P < 0.05),并且对课程表现出更大的学习兴趣。结论:在流行病学课程中引入人文和思政教育,以本研究“四个融合”为例,可以解决传统流行病学教学枯燥的问题,提高学生的医学素养和思想境界,引导学生逐渐成长为兼具职业操守与行业担当的新一代医务工作者,进而推动我国医学事业的发展。 Objective: To analyze the teaching achievements and values of integrating medical humanities education and ideological and political education into the course of Epidemiology. Methods: Students were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group adopted the “four integrations” teaching method in Epidemiology, which integrates teaching objectives with sense of responsibility, professional knowledge with humanistic qualities, teacher teaching with ideological improvement, and topic learning with practice. After two years of teaching, the teaching effectiveness of the two groups of students was compared. Results: The final exam scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and they showed greater interest in the course. Conclusion: Introducing humanities and ideological and political education into the course of Epidemiology, taking the “four integrations” studied in this research as an example, can solve the problem of boredom in traditional Epidemiology teaching, improve students’ medical literacy and ideological realm, guide students to gradually grow into a new generation of medical workers with both professional ethics and industry responsibilities, and further promote the development of China’s medical cause.
