高校心理委员素质拓展培训初探

A Preliminary Study on the Quality Expansion Training of Psychological Counselors in College

目前,高校心理委员作为一支重要的朋辈队伍,逐步在心理健康教育工作中发挥作用。除了掌握必要的心理常识和心理调适方法之外,心理委员也需要学习开展课外活动的基本技能,从而协同其他师生,营造友爱互助的校园氛围。本文以我校心理委员素质拓展培训为例,阐述素质拓展活动的具体流程并做了经验总结,为高校心理委员队伍的建设提供借鉴参考。

At present, as an important peer group, college psychological counselors are gradually playing a role in mental health education. In addition to mastering necessary psychological knowledge and methods of psychological adjustment, psychological counselors also need to learn the basic skills of conducting extracurricular activities, in order to collaborate with other teachers and students, and create a friendly and mutually supportive campus atmosphere. This article takes the quality expansion training of our college’s psychological counselors as an example to elaborate on the specific process and summarize the experience, providing reference for the construction of the team of psychological counselors in college.
