浅谈思政教育创新促进“产学研”合作体系发展

摘要 产学研合作对于推动我国经济高质量发展有重要作用,也是我国高校多元协同教育培养研究领域中的重要课题。在思政大格局背景下,产学研多元主体在多场景下展现思政元素,对高校学生进行高质量的协同思政教育。产学研背景下的高校思政教育创新是目前该领域的主要研究方向。但思政教育如何对产学研合作产生积极影响的研究较少。本文通过厘清产学研的概念,阐述思政教育发展情况,分析了产学研与思政教育的互动机理,以产学研体系的发展需求为导向,有针对性地提出对思政教育的要求,并对思政教育各方面的革新给出建议,以促进“产学研”体系的发展。 Industry university research cooperation plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic development in China, and is also an important research topic in the field of diversified collaborative education and training in Chinese universities. In the context of the ideological and political landscape, the diverse entities of industry, university, and research present ideological and political elements in multiple scenarios, providing high-quality collaborative ideological and political education for college students. The innovation of ideological and political education in universities under the background of industry, university, and research is currently the main research direction in this field. However, there is relatively little research on how ideological and political education can have a positive impact on industry university research cooperation. This article clarifies the concept of industry university research, elaborates on the development of ideological and political education, analyzes the interaction mechanism between industry university research and ideological and political education, takes the development needs of the industry university research system as the guide, proposes targeted requirements for ideological and political education, and provides suggestions for innovation in various aspects of ideological and political education to promote the development of the industry university research system.
