“双高计划”建设背景下高职院校学生管理质量提升路径探究

A Probe into Improving the Quality of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Context of the Construction of “Double High-Level Plan”

随着“双高计划”逐步实施,高职院校发展迈入高速期。这一背景下,高职院校的学生管理模式也发生了较大的转变。本文针对双高计划对学生管理提出的新要求,结合新时期学生群体特征的变化,提出了学生管理质量提升的新路径和新方向。通过增强学生自我管理意识,强化学生管理在学生成长中的重要性,利用信息化手段提高学生管理效率等手段,实现高职院校学生管理质量的进一步提升。

With the gradual implementation of the “Double High-Level Plan”, higher vocational colleges have the high-speed development. Based on this context, the student management mode has undergone great changes. In view of the new requirements of the double high-level plan for student management, combined with the changes in the characteristics of students in the new era, this paper puts forward new paths and new directions for improving the quality of student management. By enhancing students’ self-management awareness, strengthening the importance of management in students’ growth, and using information technology to improve students’ management efficiency to improve the quality of students’ management in higher vocational colleges.
