新时代背景下教师专业发展问题研究

摘要 新时代背景下教师的专业发展是指通过学习,不断反思、提升自身的专业成长过程。教师专业发展强调教师职业角色的专门化与教师教学工作的专业化建设。当然,教师的专业化发展在当今社会下是重要的任务,但同时也面临着种种困难,如教师无形中的压力、对培养人才的不坚定、在教学实践中不懂得反思等等都是构成这些困难的所在。本文将采用文献研究法、经验总结法等方法,从多个角度探析教师在新时代背景下专业发展的困境,并提出一定举措。 The professional development of teachers in the new era refers to the process of continuous reflection and improvement of their professional growth through learning. Teacher professional development emphasizes the specialization of teacher professional roles and the professional construction of teacher teaching work. Of course, the professional development of teachers is an important task in today’s society, but at the same time, they also face various difficulties, such as the invisible pressure of teachers, their lack of determination in cultivating talents, and their lack of reflection in teaching practice, all of which contribute to these difficulties. This article will use methods such as comparative analysis between ancient and modern times, literature search, etc. to explore the difficulties faced by teachers in professional development in the context of the new era from multiple perspectives, and propose certain measures.
