大类招生形势下材料成型创新工程人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要 大类招生已经成为我国众多高校本科教育和人才培养的新模式,本文以武汉科技大学材料成型及控制工程专业为具体研究对象,分析了大类招生新形势下材料成型控制工程专业在人才培养模式上面临的问题和挑战,在此基础上,探索先进材料成型战略性创新型工程人才培养模式,提出了一流学科建设背景下材料成型拔尖人才培养策略和基于大创项目训练的创新培养模式,阐述了现有课程体系设计改革及优化对促进战略性创新工程人才的实践能力培养的重要影响,以期为大类招生新形势下材料成型及控制工程专业创新工程人才培养模式的构建提供参考。 Large-class enrollment has become a new mode of undergraduate education and personal training in many universities of China. Based on the major of material forming and control engineering of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, the present work analyzed the problems and challenges existing in the education mode under large-class enrollment. Also the training strategies for innovative engineers of advanced materials forming were explored. Finally, a new education mode for training top-notch talents was proposed under the background of constructing first-class discipline, meanwhile, an innovative training mode was established based on undergraduate innovation projects. The present work revealed the influence of the current reforming and optimization of the existing curriculum system on promoting the practical ability of innovative engineering talents. It was expected to provide reference for constructing innovative personal training mode of material forming and control engineering under large-class enrollment.
