教师和学生是参与课堂活动的两大主体,师生关系是教育活动中最基本和最重要的人际关系,师生互动的状况直接影响并决定着教育教学的质量。新课程改革以来,师生关系与互动状况一直受到广泛关注和研究。目前,师生冲突正逐渐从课堂内延伸至课堂之外,成为教育界和其他社会各界普遍关注的焦点。本文旨在分析师生冲突产生的原因,使教师、学生以及社会以正确的态度对待师生关系和互动,并提出对策有效控制和减少师生冲突,促进良好师生关系的建立,从而提升教育教学的质量。

The teacher-student relationship is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship in educational activities. The interaction between teachers and students directly affects and determines the quality of education and teaching. Since the new curriculum reform, the relationship and interaction between teachers and students have been widely concerned and studied. At present, the teacher-student conflict is gradually extending from the classroom to the outside of the classroom, and has become the focus of the education circle and other social circles. This paper aims to analyze the causes of teacher-student conflicts, make teachers, students and the society treat teacher-student relationship and interaction with a correct attitude, and put forward countermeasures to effectively control and reduce teacher-student conflicts, promote the establishment of a good teacher-student relationship, so as to improve the quality of education and teaching.
