“双减”背景下中小学教师幸福感提升的有效策略

摘要 “双减”政策落地后引发的一系列落实难点,为教师们开展教学活动提出了新要求。随之而来的工作压力重重压在各位中小学教师的肩上,教师焦虑步步上升,幸福指数不断下降。而教师作为培养学生德智体美劳的引路人,是引领教育发展的重要角色。因此,在“双减”背景下,教师本身、家校双方以及社会都同心协力做出相应改变,来更好地帮助教师提升幸福感,进一步精进术业,适应政策改革,培养一代又一代的社会主义建设者与接班人。 The series of implementation difficulties triggered by the implementation of the “double reduction” policy have put forward new requirements for teachers to carry out teaching activities. The heavy work pressure that comes with it weighs heavily on the shoulders of primary and secondary school teachers, causing their anxiety to rise step by step and their happiness index to continuously decline. Teachers, as guides in cultivating students’ moral, intellectual, physical, artistic, and labor skills, play an important role in leading the development of education. Therefore, in the context of “double reduction”, teachers themselves, families and schools, as well as society, work together to make corresponding changes to better help teachers improve their sense of happiness, further improve their skills, adapt to policy reforms, and cultivate generations of socialist builders and successors.
