新生成长教育视角下心理健康教育对大学生心理发展的影响研究——以L学院为例

摘要 本文基于新生成长教育视角,深入剖析了当代新生在心理成长过程中所面临的学业压力、人际关系困扰、自我认知不足及原生家庭等主要问题。针对这些问题,文章着重探讨了学院如何有效开展大学生心理健康教育的路径,旨在通过构建心理健康教育课程体系、依托心理工作站开展心理辅导、打造品牌特色心理活动、深化心理网格体系等多维度措施,帮助学生树立正确的心理健康意识,丰富其内心自我认知,培养社交能力,从而解决和预防潜在的心理健康问题。通过本文的研究,期望为学院提供有益的参考,进一步促进大学生的全面成长与发展。 Based on the perspective of new student growth education, this article deeply analyzes the main problems that contemporary new students face in the process of psychological growth, such as academic pressure, interpersonal problems, lack of self-awareness, and their original family. In response to these issues, the article focuses on exploring how the college can effectively carry out mental health education for college students. The aim is to help students establish correct mental health awareness, enrich their inner self-awareness, cultivate social skills, and solve and prevent potential mental health problems through multi-dimensional measures such as constructing a mental health education curriculum system, relying on psychological workstations for psychological counseling, creating brand specific psychological activities, and deepening the psychological grid system. Through the research in this article, we hope to provide useful references for the college and further promote the comprehensive growth and development of college students.
