新时代对课堂教学的新要求

摘要 在新时期,课堂讲授已经不是学生获取知识的唯一途径,对教师的课堂授课提出了新的要求。只有积极面对这种挑战,顺应新的发展形势,才能让课堂教学重新焕发生机。首先讨论了当前常见的三种教学新形式,探讨了其相对于传统教学方式的优势和在实际的教学实践中面临的问题。然后探讨了教学改革的一个核心要素——提高教师素质,并论述了教学各个环节的重要意义。最后得出结论:在新时代,以学生学得好为评价标尺的教学对课堂教学提出了更高要求,需要在传统的上好课的基础上强调学生的主动参与和学习。这要求教师积极提高自身素质,掌握现代教育规律,合理运用现代教辅手段,尊重学生的个体差异,做学生学习的导师和引路人,促进课堂教育的全面提升。 In the new era, classroom lectures are no longer the only way for students to acquire knowledge, which puts forward new requirements for teachers’ classroom teaching. Only by actively facing this challenge and adapting to the new development situation can classroom teaching be revitalized. Firstly, three common new forms of teaching are discussed, and their advantages over traditional teaching methods and problems faced in actual teaching practice are discussed. Then a core element of teaching reform improving the quality of teachers is discussed. And the significance of various aspects of teaching is discussed also. Finally, it is concluded that in the new era, teaching based on students’ learning as the evaluation criterion puts forward higher requirements for classroom teaching, and needs to emphasize students’ active participation and learning on the basis of the traditional good lessons. This requires teachers to actively improve their own quality, master the modern laws of education, rationally use modern teaching aids, respect the individual differences of students, and be the mentor and guide of students’ learning, so as to promote the overall improvement of classroom education.
