教育数字化背景下乡村教师数字素养提升的路径探析

摘要 教育数字化转型是推动我国教育现代化发展及高质量发展的关键环节,而乡村教师数字素养是乡村教育实现数字化转型的重要影响因素。就目前而言,我国乡村教师的数字素养发展存在诸多问题,如乡村教师数字化意识不足、数字化知识与技能欠缺、数字化技术应用能力偏低。提升乡村教师的数字素养,不仅有利于促进教师本身的专业发展,帮助学生全面发展,更有利于推动乡村教育数字化转型,为乡村教育高质量发展注入活力。面对当前乡村教师数字素养现状,本研究将从政策保障、资源共享、培训优化和意识加强四个方面探讨乡村教师数字素养的提升路径。 Digital transformation of education is a key link in promoting the development of education modernization and high-quality development in our country. The digital literacy of rural teachers is an important influencing factor in realizing the digital transformation of rural education. At present, there are many problems in the development of digital literacy of rural teachers in China, such as lack of digital awareness, lack of digital knowledge and skills, and low application ability of digital technology. Improving the digital literacy of rural teachers is not only conducive to promoting the professional development of teachers themselves and the all-round development of students;but also conducive to promoting the digital transformation of rural education and injecting vitality into the high-quality development of rural education. In the face of the current situation of rural teachers’ digital literacy, this study will explore ways to improve rural teachers’ digital literacy from four aspects: policy guarantee, resource sharing, training optimization, and awareness strengthening.
