云南省乡村教育现代化的现实困境与革新路径

摘要 乡村教育是乡村振兴的重要支柱之一,乡村教育现代化是我国实现教育高质量发展,全面推进乡村振兴现代化的关键举措,支撑着巩固拓展教育脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接。云南作为面向南亚、东南亚的辐射中心和新时代“一带一路”的前沿阵地,是我国西南地区重要的安全屏障,肩负着培养沿边乡村建设人才、助力乡村振兴战略、增强民族认同感,构建民族共同体的重要责任。因囿于教育发展滞后的主客观因素影响,在现实发展中,云南乡村教育现代化进程中存在治理主体的现代化教育理念薄弱、乡村学校自主办学活力不足、多方参与的现代化治理模式匮乏等诸多现实困境。鉴于此,云南乡村教育现代化应积极探寻革新路径,有效克服乡村教育振兴“短板”,以乡村教育现代化为内生动力,实现全面推进乡村振兴的现代化目标。 Rural education is one of the important pillars of rural revitalization. Rural education modernization is a key measure to achieve the high-quality development of education and comprehensively promote the modernization of rural revitalization, which supports the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and the effective cohesion of rural revitalization. As the radiation center for South Asia and Southeast Asia and the frontier of the “Belt and Road” in the new era, Yunnan is an important security barrier in southwest China, shouldering the important responsibility of training talents for rural construction along the border, helping rural revitalization strategy, enhancing national identity, and building a national community. Due to the subjective and objective factors affecting the lagging development of education, there are many realistic difficulties in the process of rural education modernization in Yunnan, such as the weak concept of modern education of the governing body, the lack of vitality of rural schools in running schools independently, and the lack of multi-party participation in modern governance mode. In view of this, the modernization of rural education in Yunnan should actively explore the path of innovation, effectively overcome the “short board” of rural education revitalization, take the modernization of rural education as the internal driving force, and realize the modernization goal of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way.
