新时代家校社协同共育下的小学劳动教育困境及其实践路径

摘要 劳动教育是培养学生的劳动素质的重要途径,也是促进学生全面发展的重要内容。小学生阶段进行劳动教育是教育的根基,小学劳动教育的落实对学生个人的成长和社会的发展具有深远的意义。新时代背景下,学校、家庭、社会越来越成为影响小学生劳动素养形成和培养的重要因素,形成家校社协同共育的小学劳动教育极为重要。本文发现由于家庭思想观念落后、学校缺乏实施劳动教育的保障、社会缺乏对学校、家庭劳动教育的有力支持,家校社协同共育面临着现实困境。可从转变家庭劳动观念、严格落实国家有关劳动教育的政策、促进劳动课程教师专业化、打造“劳动教育社会实践基地”等来促进家校社的协同共育,提高小学生劳动素养。 Labor education is an important way to cultivate students’ labor quality and also an important content to promote students’ all-round development. Labor education in primary school students is the foundation of education and the implementation of primary school labor education has far-reaching significance to students’ individual growth and social development. Under the background of the new era, schools, families and society have become more and more important factors affecting the formation and cultivation of pupils’ labor quality, and it is extremely important to form the primary school labor education of family, school and society. This paper finds that due to the backward family ideology, the lack of guarantee of labor education in schools, and the lack of strong support for school and family labor education, the cooperation of family, school and society is facing practical difficulties. It can promote the coordination and co-education of home, school and community by changing the concept of family labor, strictly implementing the national policies on labor education, promoting the professionalization of teachers in labor courses, and building the “labor practice base of social education”.
