摘要
教师评价素养与教师专业发展、教师教学质量和学生学习成绩都密不可分。高质量教育必然离不开教师评价素养,教师评价素养也必须在高质量教育中得以提升。本文在介绍教师评价素养概念的前提下,基于对高中英语教师阅读课的观察,研究高中英语教师评价素养现状并进行成因分析,为提升教师评价素养提出了相应的对策及建议。
Teacher evaluation quality is closely related to teacher professional development, teacher teaching quality and student learning performance. High quality education is inseparable from teacher evaluation quality, and teacher evaluation quality must also be improved in high quality education. On the premise of introducing the concept of teacher evaluation literacy, based on the observation of high school English teachers’ reading class, this paper studies the current situation of high school English teachers’ evaluation literacy, analyzes the causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve teachers’ evaluation literacy.
