论中小学核心素养育人本质的教育哲学思考

摘要 核心素养在“以人为本”的理念下来培养人、发展人、完善人,实现人的全面发展。核心素养育人本质的提出是教育哲学人本位的回归。基于教育哲学视角,厘清核心素养的概念,发掘核心素养的理论来源,确定核心素养的价值意蕴,研究核心素养的实践方法,探索核心素养的发展趋势,追求核心素养的有效落实。通过对核心素养概念、来源、价值、未来发展趋势以及实现理路进行研究,有利于进一步丰富和深化核心素养理念,有利于深刻把握核心素养在教育教学中的应用,有利于推动核心素养育人本质的有效实现。 Core literacy in the “people-oriented” concept is of training people, developing people, perfecting people, to achieve the overall development of human beings. The proposed nature of core literacy parenting is a return to the humanistic nature of the philosophy of education. The essence of educating people with core quality put forward is the return of human standard in educational philosophy. Based on the perspective of educational philosophy, this paper clarifies the concept of core literacy, explores the theoretical source of core literacy, determines the value implication of core literacy, studies the practical methods of core literacy, explores the development trend of core literacy, and pursues the effective implementation of core literacy. Through the research on the concept, source, value, future development trend and realization of core literacy, it is helpful to further enrich and deepen the concept of core literacy, to deeply grasp the application of core literacy in education and teaching, and to promote the effective realization of the essence of core literacy.
