论红色管理视角下的《管理学基础》课程的思政融合

摘要 本研究以《管理学基础》课程为载体,探讨了如何有效融合思政教育与专业课程教学。在中国教育部的政策框架下,研究将红色管理案例和理论结合,设计了具有互动性和实践性的教学活动,建立了科学的评价体系。实证研究在重庆商务职业学院进行,通过引入红色管理案例和创新教学活动,如模拟企业决策,提升了学生的学习兴趣、参与度和管理技能。多元化评价体系确保了教学效果的量化评估,促进了教学内容和方法的持续优化。研究表明,红色管理视角下的教学模式能有效培养学生的社会主义核心价值观,提高解决实际问题的能力,为社会培养出有实践能力和正确价值导向的管理人才。 Based on the course “Fundamentals of Management”, this study explores how to effectively integrate ideological and political education with professional course teaching. Under the policy framework of the Ministry of Education of China, the study combines red management cases and theories, designs interactive and practical teaching activities, and establishes a scientific evaluation system. The empirical study was conducted at Chongqing Vocational College of Commerce, which enhanced students’ interest in learning, participation and management skills through the introduction of red management cases and innovative teaching activities, such as simulated corporate decision-making. The diversified evaluation system ensures the quantitative evaluation of teaching effect and promotes the continuous optimization of teaching content and methods. The research shows that the teaching mode from the perspective of red management can effectively cultivate students’ socialist core values, improve their ability to solve practical problems, and cultivate management talents with practical ability and correct value orientation for the society.
