摘要
新课改要求思政课教师充分尊重学生个体差异,采取灵活多样的教学方式,引导学生学会学习,培养学生的自学能力和自主探究能力。因此,在高中思想政治课教学中,教师要根据学生的自身特点、客观差异性和接受能力,将教学对象、教学目标、教学过程、课后作业及辅导、教学评价层次化,改变传统教学方法同质化、教学目标统一化、教学内容“一刀切”等现象。分层教学法的运用能够激发学生对思想政治课的学习兴趣和内在动机,有助于教师在教学过程中更加关注学生的个体差异,做到因材施教,提高教学质量,使每个学生都能够获得更好发展,从而有效实现高中思想政治课“立德树人”的根本教育任务。
The new curriculum reform requires ideological and political teachers to fully respect the individual differences of students, adopt flexible teaching methods, guide students to learn how to study, and cultivate students’ self-study ability and independent exploration ability. Therefore, in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high school, teachers should stratify the teaching objects, teaching objectives, teaching process, homework and guidance after class and teaching evaluation according to students’ own characteristics, objective differences and acceptance ability, and change the phenomenon of homogenization of traditional teaching methods, unification of teaching objectives and “one-size-fits-all” teaching content. The application of stratified teaching method can stimulate students’ learning interest and intrinsic motivation in ideological and political courses, help teachers pay more attention to students’ individual differences in the teaching process, teach students according to their aptitude, improve the quality of teaching, and enable each student to achieve better development, so as to effectively realize the fundamental educational task of “cultivating morality and cultivating people” in ideological and political courses of high school.
