强化创新实践教育,提升人才培养成效

Strengthening Innovative Practice Education, Improving the Talent Cultivation Effect

本文分析了创新实践育人活动的主要作用以及现存不足,认为通过加大动员与宣传力度、积极引导学生加入研究团队、将创新教育与教学工作相结合、强化教师科研项目驱动、发扬“传帮带”精神以及丰富创新实践教育成果形式等改革措施,能够让创新实践教育活动发挥出更好的育人功能,从而实现高水平创新人才的培养。

The roles and existing deficiencies of college and university students’ innovation practice education were analyzed in this paper. It is shown that the innovative practice education will play a better role in the educational function and high level talent cultivation by increasing mobilization and propaganda, actively guiding students to join the research team, combining innovative education with teaching works, strengthening the drive of teachers’ scientific research projects, carrying forward the spirit of “teaching, helping, guiding”, and enriching the innovative practice education outcomes.
