“双减”政策视域下幼小衔接的现实境遇与实践探索

摘要 本研究以大班幼儿为对象,深入探讨了幼小衔接的重要性。通过问卷调查、实地考察和访谈,我们收集了幼儿教师和幼儿家长的观点,发现幼小衔接作为儿童教育连续性的关键节点,不仅影响儿童的学习适应能力,更直接关系到其身心健康的全面发展。在当前“双减”政策背景下,我们揭示了荆门市幼小衔接工作中存在的主要问题,包括幼儿园与小学之间衔接不够紧密,以及家长参与度过低等情况。针对这些问题,本研究提出了切实可行的优化策略,如加强幼儿园与小学之间的合作与交流,同时提高家长对幼小衔接的认识和参与度。本研究不仅为当前幼小衔接问题的解决提供了实证数据和科学依据,还对提升教育质量、促进儿童全面发展具有深远意义,为未来的政策制定和实践探索提供了宝贵的参考。 This study focuses on young children in large classes and delves into the importance of early childhood transition. Through questionnaire surveys, field visits and interviews, we collected the views of preschool teachers and parents of young children, and found that the transition between early childhood and primary school, as a key node in the continuity of children’s education, not only affects children’s learning adaptability, but is also directly related to their overall physical and mental health. In the context of the current “double reduction” policy, we reveal the main problems in the connection between kindergartens and primary schools in Jingmen, including the lack of close connection between kindergartens and primary schools, and the low participation of parents. In response to these problems, this study proposes practical optimization strategies, such as strengthening cooperation and communication between kindergartens and primary schools, and improving parents’ awareness and participation in the transition between kindergarten and primary school. This study not only provides empirical data and scientific basis for solving the current problem of early childhood and primary school linkage, but also has far-reaching significance for improving the quality of education and promoting the all-round development of children, and provides a valuable reference for future policy formulation and practical exploration.
