摘要
虞永平曾说过“园本课程就是以法律法规及相关政策为指导,以幼儿园现实的环境和条件为背景,以幼儿现实的需要为出发点,以幼儿园教师为主体构建的课程”。21世纪以来,幼儿园办园特色一直风靡于我国各级层次的幼儿园当中。在特色办园背景下,园本课程的开发自然也被格外重视,但仍然存在诸多问题:过度追求特色,忽略了“园本”课程的真正内涵;园本课程结构单一,内容零散;园本课程资源开发不够充分;幼儿教师的课程开发意识不足,能力不够。就这些问题,本文提出了相应的策略。
Yu Yongping once said, “The kindergarten-based curriculum is a curriculum constructed with the guidance of laws, regulations, and relevant policies, taking the kindergarten’s actual environment and conditions as the background, the children’s actual needs as the starting point, and kindergarten teachers as the main body.” Since the 21st century, the development of kindergarten characteristics has been popular among kindergartens at all levels in China. In the context of characteristic kindergarten development, the development of kindergarten-based curriculum has naturally received extra attention, but there are still many problems: excessive pursuit of characteristics, ignoring the true connotation of the “kindergarten-based” curriculum;the kindergarten-based curriculum structure is single, and the content is scattered;the development of kindergarten-based curriculum resources is not sufficient;kindergarten teachers lack awareness and ability in curriculum development. Regarding these issues, this paper proposes corresponding strategies.
