外语类学术型硕士研究生院校支持、学术表现与学术焦虑的关系探究

摘要 本研究在社会支持直接效应机制理论指导下,通过问卷调查121名外语类学术型硕士研究生院校支持、学术表现与学术焦虑的现状,并考察三者之间的关系。结果显示:1) 外语类学术型硕士研究生院校支持、学术表现、学术焦虑均处于中等水平;2) 外语类学术型硕士研究生院校支持与学术表现呈显著正相关,与学术焦虑呈显著负相关,学术焦虑与学术表现呈显著负相关;3) 学术焦虑在院校支持与学术表现之间起完全中介作用。研究结果表明,院校支持可以有效缓解外语类学术型研究生的学术焦虑,提升其学术表现,丰富了院校支持对研究生培养的重要性的认识。 Guided by the direct effect mechanism of social support, this study investigates the current situation of institutional support, academic performance and academic anxiety of 121 foreign language academic postgraduates, and explores the relationship among the three. The results show that: 1) The institutional support, academic performance and academic anxiety of foreign language academic postgraduates are in the middle level. 2) There is a significant positive correlation between institutional support and academic performance, and a significant negative correlation between institutional support and academic anxiety. Academic anxiety is negatively correlated with academic performance. 3) Academic anxiety plays a complete mediating role between institutional support and academic performance. The findings demonstrate that institutional support plays an essential role in alleviating academic anxiety and improving academic performance of foreign language academic postgraduates, which enriches the understanding of the importance of institutional support in the cultivation of academic postgraduates.
