“三全育人”视域下工科专业课程思政育人体系研究与实践

摘要 坚持立德树人根本任务,以价值引领为教育目的,从三全育人视角,针对工科专业,构建全员协同育人机制,重构知识性和价值性相统一的课程内容体系,开展“双轨双域”全方位思政育人实践,构建“三段联动”全过程思政育人体系和四维度全过程评价体系,将思想道德教育等隐性教育因素有机融入专业知识和技术技能教育等显性教育过程中,解决专业课程在实施思政育人方面存在的育人主体单一、思政元素匮乏、德育目标难以评测等难点痛点问题,实现寓德于课、协同育人,推动教育教学活动各要素实现互融共生、空间耦合和价值累加,推动专业课程全员、全程、全方位育人。 Adhering to the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue, we should take value guidance as the educational goal. From the perspective of holistic education, we should construct a collaborative education mechanism for all members of the staff for engineering majors, reconstruct a curriculum content system that integrates knowledge and values, carry out a comprehensive ideological and political education practice of “dual tracks and domains”, build a “three-stage linkage” whole-process ideological and political education system and a four-dimensional whole-process evaluation system, and organically integrate implicit educational factors such as ideological and moral education into explicit educational processes such as professional knowledge and technical skills education, so as to solve the difficult and painful problems existing in the implementation of ideological and political education in professional courses, such as the single subject of education, the lack of ideological and political elements, and the difficulty in evaluating moral education goals. We should realize the integration of morality into courses and collaborative education, promote the mutual integration, spatial coupling and value accumulation of all elements of educational and teaching activities, and promote the holistic, whole-process, and all-round education of professional courses.
