基于数字人才培养的项目式教学研究——以“应用线性模型”课程为例

摘要 当前数字经济在我国迅速发展,但数字人才储备不足等问题将影响我国数字经济的持续健康运行。高等院校统计类课程在数字人才培养过程中起着非常重要的作用,但传统教学模式严重制约着创新型数字人才的培养质量。本文以“应用线性模型”课程的项目式教学法的设计和实施为例,将项目式教学模式引入到高校统计类课程的教学改革中,提出以学生为中心,以真实数据业务为背景的项目任务,为驱动激发学生的学习动力,引导学生自主探究、自主实践完成学习任务的教学方法。这种教学模式实现了从以“教”为中心到以“学”为中心的转变,为培养学生的数据思维和创新思维,提升学生的自主学习和工程实践能力提供了一种有效的途径。最后通过教学实践检验该教学方法起到了良好的效果。 The current digital economy is rapidly developing in China, but problems such as insufficient reserves of digital talents will affect the sustained and healthy operation of China’s digital economy. Statistics courses in higher education institutions play a very important role in the process of cultivating digital talents, but the traditional teaching mode seriously restricts the quality of cultivating innovative digital talents. This article takes the design and implementation of project-based teaching method in the course of “Applying Linear Models” as an example, and introduces the project-based teaching model into the teaching reform of statistical courses in universities. It proposes a teaching method that is student-centered and driven by real data business background project tasks to stimulate students’ learning motivation and guide students to explore and practice independently to complete learning tasks. This teaching model has achieved a transformation from a “teaching” centered approach to a “learning” centered approach, providing an effective way to cultivate students’ data and innovative thinking and enhance their self-learning and engineering practice abilities. Finally, through teaching practice, it was verified that the teaching method has achieved good results.
