乡村小学家校社协同育人的现实境遇与未来出路

摘要 学生的教育环境由学校、家庭和社会共同构成。由于乡村地区的特殊性,乡村儿童的发展本身就受到限制,为了促进教育平等,我们更应该关注乡村地区家校社合作的现状。当前乡村小学家校社合作存在协同共育主体教育理念偏颇,协同共育主体责任关系模糊,协同共育主体能力表征差异等问题亟待破解。鉴于此,本文基于交叠影响域理论,提出推动学校与家庭共同成长;促进学校与社区互惠共生;鼓励家庭与社会通力合作,以此作为乡村小学家校社协同育人的优化策略。 Students’ educational environment is composed of school, family and society. Due to the particularity of rural areas, the development of rural children is itself limited. In order to promote education equality, we should pay more attention to the current situation of home-school-community cooperation in rural areas. At present, there is a bias in the main educational concept of cooperative education in rural primary schools. The responsibility relationship of cooperative co-breeding subjects is fuzzy. Problems such as differences in the ability representation of co-breeding subjects need to be solved. In view of this, based on the theory of overlapping domains of influence, we promote school and family growth together and mutualism between schools and communities. This is an optimization strategy for the cooperative education of family, school and community in rural primary schools.
