摘要
高校劳动教育旨在培育青年群体形成崇尚劳动、尊重劳动、热爱劳动的思想观念与价值取向,落实高校立德树人根本任务,培育全面发展的社会主义建设者。在现实的教学生活中,劳动教育观念被异化、过程流于形式及劳动要素消极懈怠等问题导致劳动教育正被淡化。亟待整合教学资源,搭建劳动教育课程体系;凝聚三方合力,优化劳动教育生态系统;明确评价导向,健全劳动素养评价体系,实现劳动育人效应。
Labor education in colleges and universities aims to cultivate young people’s ideas and values of advocating, respecting, and loving labor, implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, and cultivate socialist builders with all-round development. In the real teaching life, the concept of labor education has been alienated, the process has become a mere formality, and the negative slackness of labor elements has led to the weakening of labor education. It is urgent to integrate teaching resources and build a labor education curriculum system;gather the joint efforts of three parties to optimize the labor education ecosystem;clarify the evaluation orientation and improve the labor literacy evaluation system, so as to achieve the effect of labor education.
