中华民族取得伟大成就的内因在于民族精神,而民族精神的核心正是爱国主义。为了传承和发扬民族精神必须进行爱国主义教育。新时代背景下,爱国主义教育要融入时代新人培育的环节中,要与高校思想政治理论课进行有机结合。当前爱国主义教育融入高校思想政治理论课主要面临重视程度和推进力度不够、形式比较单一等问题,其中涉及学生、思政课教师、学校、社会等多个主体。为使得爱国主义教育融入高校思政课,需要坚持以学生为中心,将思想政治理论课作为主阵地,从理论与实践相结合的角度进行创新,提高思想政治教育的实际效用,增强新时代大学生爱国主义教育实效。
