民族地区小学语文教师学生观研究——基于对X县的田野调查

摘要 作为教育工作者,要做好教书育人工作,教师应当自觉地把树立科学的学生观作为教育教学的出发点和立足点。学生观是影响教学行为的重要因素之一,教师具有什么样的学生观,就会采取与其相应的教学方式,其教学方式又会进一步影响学生的学习方法,最终教师的教学方法又会直接影响其教学效果。本文通过实地田野调查,对X县小学语文教师的学生观现状进行调查,并分析其原因,提出相应的具体措施。 As an educator, to do a good job in teaching and educating people, teachers should consciously set up a scientific view of students as the starting point and foothold of education and teaching. Student view is one of the important factors affecting teaching behavior. What kind of student view teachers have will adopt the corresponding teaching methods. The teaching methods will further affect students’ learning methods, and finally the teaching methods will directly affect their teaching effect. Through the field investigation, this paper investigates the current situation of the primary school Chinese teachers in X County, analyzes the causes, and puts forward the corresponding specific measures.
