摘要
教师在阅读课上采取分层教学的初心是想让班级里的每一位学生都能够取得进步,但是在实际的教学过程中,教师也会遇到一些困难和挑战。本文通过使用问卷调查法和访谈法对分层教学在初中英语阅读教学的应用现状进行了调查和研究。经研究发现,教师对分层教学的认识不足,对学生分层较为合理,对教学目标和教学活动分层设计存在不足,对作业和评价分层落实到位。对于两点不足,提出了两点建议。The original intention of the teacher to adopt the differentiated instruction in the reading class is to enable every student in the class to make progress. However, teachers, in the actual teaching process, have encountered some difficulties and challenges. This paper mainly used questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and study the application status of differentiated instruction in English reading classes in junior high school, and it found that teachers’ understanding of differentiated instruction was insufficient, the differentiation of students was more reasonable, the design of teaching objectives and differentiated activities needed to be improved and the differentiation of homework and evaluation is in place. Therefore, two suggestions were put forward for the shortcomings of the two points.
