“00后”公费定向生职业适应现状及对策研究——基于H市公费定向生的调查

摘要 基础教育是培养人才的奠基工程,小学教师在教育强国战略中也发挥着重要的作用。目前,首批“00后”公费定向生步入教师岗位将近一年,新入职教师在入职初期会面临着许多压力与挑战。为了深入了解“00后”公费定向生职业适应现状,本研究选取了三位新入职“00后”公费定向生为研究对象,从职业动机、职业满意度、职业压力和职业帮助四方面,对三位具有代表性的H市“00后”新入职公费定向生进行深度访谈,分析“00后”新入职教师职业适应问题及其影响因素,总结得出“00后”新入职公费定向生的职业适应的影响因素包括六方面,分别是个性品质、学校环境、社会观念、家校合作、入职前后培训和学生情况。基于影响因素,本研究从教师个人、本科院校和任职学校三方面提出参考性对策,以帮助“00后”公费定向生在入职后更快更好地适应教师这一职业,促进教育事业的发展。Basic education is the foundation project for cultivating talents, and primary school teachers also play an important role in the strategy of education nation. At present, the first batch of “Post-00s” publicly-funded oriented students has been in the teaching position for nearly a year, and new teachers will face many pressures and challenges in the early stage of employment. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the career adaptation of the “Post-00s” publicly-funded oriented students, this study selected three newly recruited “Post-00s” publicly-funded directional students as the research objects, and conducted in-depth interviews with three representative “Post-00s” publicly-funded directional students in H City from four aspects: vocational motivation, career satisfaction, occupational pressure and career help, analyzed the occupational adaptation problems and influencing factors of the “Post-00s” newly recruited teachers, and concluded that the influencing factors of the occupational adaptation of the “Post-00s” newly recruited publicly-funded directional students include six aspects. They are personality quality, school environment, social attitudes, home-school cooperation, pre- and post-employment training, and student situation. Based on the influencing factors, this study puts forward reference countermeasures from three aspects: individual teachers, undergraduate colleges and schools, so as to help the “Post-00s” publicly-funded oriented students adapt to the teaching profession faster and better after entering the school, and promote the development of education.
