应用型高校“双师课堂”模式改革与创新

摘要 随着教育观念的不断发展与革新,双师课堂是在“教育革新”的背景下提高教学质量的必要条件,是为应用技术型本科人才培养提供的新路径,是改变传统单一枯燥的教学形式的新方法。是通过选择具备专业知识的主讲教师进行线上授课,同时配备现场辅导教师负责课堂管理与个性化指导。利用高清视频直播技术确保远程教学的清晰流畅,结合互动平台增强课堂参与度。基于此,研究提出了双师课堂模式改革与创新,即构建双师教学可有效整合双师教学职能,理清课堂教学关系结构,促进知识流动走向高效,填补课堂情感交互空白,为“教育革新”提出新思路。With the continuous development and innovation of educational concepts, dual-teacher classroom is a necessary condition for improving teaching quality under the background of “educational innovation”, a new path for the training of application-oriented undergraduate talents, and a new method to change the traditional monotonous teaching form. Online teaching is conducted by selecting the main teacher with professional knowledge, and on-site tutor is responsible for classroom management and personalized guidance. Utilizing high-definition video streaming technology ensures clear and smooth remote teaching, combined with interactive platforms to enhance classroom participation. Based on this, the paper puts forward the reform and innovation of dual-teacher classroom model, that is, the construction of dual-teacher teaching can effectively integrate the functions of dual-teacher teaching, clear the structure of classroom teaching relationship, promote the flow of knowledge to be efficient, fill the gap of classroom emotional interaction, and put forward new ideas for “educational innovation”.
