数字化时代教师数字素养提升策略研究进展

摘要 新时代得益于数字技术的高速发展,目前数字化、信息化教学已经成为未来我国教育转型发展的必然趋势。而在数字化时代背景下,开展数字教学对于教师的数字素养也提出更高要求,而部分教师由于自身数字素养缺失,因而导致出现数字化教学不当、教学意识落后等问题从而影响教学开展质量,因而针对教师数字素养需要教育行业加以重视,通过提高数字素养从而改善数字化教学质量。本文采用文献研究法针对数字化时代我国教师数字素养提升策略进行分析,以“教师数字素养”、“提升策略”和“《教师信息和通信技术能力框架》”为关键词,通过网络文献数据库搜索相关文献资料进行分析整理,对数字化时代我国教师数字素养的提升策略加以总结和论述。并以《教师信息和通信技术能力框架》为基础,对《教师信息和通信技术能力框架》与教师数字素养之间的关联性进行分析,从而为我国教师数字素养提升提供新思路。In the new era, thanks to the rapid development of digital technology, digital and information- based teaching has become an inevitable trend for the transformation and development of education in China in the future. In the context of the digital era, conducting digital teaching also puts higher requirements on the digital literacy of teachers. Some teachers, due to their own lack of digital literacy, have problems such as improper digital teaching and outdated teaching awareness, which affect the quality of teaching. Therefore, the education industry needs to pay attention to teacher digital literacy and improve the quality of digital teaching by improving digital literacy. This article adopts the literature research method to analyze the strategies for improving the digital literacy of Chinese teachers in the digital era. The keywords “Teacher Digital Literacy”, “Improvement Strategies”, and “Teacher Information and Communication Technology Capability Framework” are used to search for relevant literature materials through online literature databases for analysis and organization. The strategies for improving the digital literacy of Chinese teachers in the digital era are summarized and discussed. Based on the “Teacher Information and Communication Technology Capability Framework”, this paper analyzes the correlation between the “Teacher Information and Communication Technology Capability Framework” and teacher digital literacy, in order to provide new ideas for improving the digital literacy of teachers in China.
