摘要
本论文旨在探讨三全育人模式在研究生教育中的实践路径及其创新研究。通过对全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人理念的深入分析,结合研究生教育的特点和需求,阐述了在该模式下如何实现研究生教育质量的提升和育人效果的优化。从课程体系、导师指导、校园文化、实践环节等多个方面进行了路径探索,并提出了一系列创新举措,以推动三全育人模式在研究生教育中更好地发挥作用,为培养全面发展的高素质研究生提供有益的参考。This study aims to explore the practice path and its innovation research of the three-whole- parenting model in graduate education. Through the in-depth analysis of the concepts of all- embracing, all-process parenting and all-round parenting, combined with the characteristics and needs of postgraduate education, it describes how to achieve the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education and the optimization of the effect of parenting in this model. Paths are explored from various aspects such as curriculum system, tutor guidance, campus culture, practice links, etc., and a series of innovative initiatives are put forward in order to promote the better functioning of the three-whole-parenting model in postgraduate education, and to provide useful references for the cultivation of all-rounded and high-quality postgraduates.
