新型军事人才培养对军事高等教育院校教学督导提出了更高要求,迫切需要教学督导求新求变,如何以科学的工作方法开展教学督导成为一个必须重视的课题。本文结合二十大报告中提出的“必须同中国具体实际相结合,同中华优秀传统文化相结合”。贯彻“两个结合”推进督导工作走深走实、让督导工作变得有情有味。The training of new-type military talents puts forward higher requirements for the teaching supervision in military higher education institutions;how to carry out teaching supervision in a scientific way has become a subject that must be paid attention to. This article combines the “must be combined with China’s specific reality and excellent traditional culture” proposed in the 20th National Congress report. Implementing the “two combinations” to promote the deepening and implementation of supervision work, and make supervision work more meaningful and interesting.
