马克思劳动观视域下高校劳动教育实践路径探析

劳动是人最基本的实践活动,是推动人类社会进步的根本力量。劳动观是马克思主义理论体系中的重要组成内容之一,是指导劳动教育的重要内容。新时代,劳动教育肩负着培育时代新人的重大使命,高校在面对“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”的重要任务时,劳动教育对帮助大学生树立正确劳动观、理解劳动正确概念起着重要作用。目前,高校劳动教育存在着劳动实践活动开展不足、劳动教育内容空洞、劳动教育体系不完善等多种问题,应围绕明确劳动教育育人目标、完善劳动教育内容、开设劳动教育特色课程、构建完整劳动教育体系、配齐劳动教育教师队伍进行实践改进,以提升劳动教育实效。Labor is the most basic practical activity of human beings and the fundamental force to promote the progress of human society. Labor view is one of the important components of Marxist theory system and an important content of guiding labor education. In the new era, labor education shoulders the important mission of cultivating new people in The Times. When colleges and universities face the important task of “cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor”, labor education plays an important role in helping college students establish a correct labor view and understand the correct concept of labor. At present, there are many problems in labor education in colleges and universities, such as insufficient labor practice activities, empty content of labor education, and imperfect labor education system. It is necessary to make practical improvement around clarifying the goal of labor education, perfecting the content of labor education, setting up characteristic courses of labor education, constructing a complete labor education system, and equipping the labor education teachers, so as to enhance the effectiveness of labor education.
