大中小学德育一体化现存问题及其发展对策

摘要 党的二十大报告提出全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。青少年德育工作是我国教育领域的重点,然而现阶段我国青少年德育工作还存在许多不足,比如部分地区德育目标缺乏一体化的宏观规划、德育内容缺乏层次性的教学要求、德育途径缺乏多样性的统筹设计、德育评价缺乏一体化的全面反馈,尤其是大中小德育工作的断层和割裂现象严重,因此开展德育工作必须立足整体性和宏观视角,做好大中小德育一体化的衔接工作,推进大中小德育目标、内容、方式、评价等多方面的一体化,创新德育工作,营造良好的德育一体化环境。The report of the twentieth CPC National Congress proposes that the Party’s education policy be fully implemented, that the fundamental task of establishing moral education be carried out, and that socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics be cultivated. Moral education for young people is the focus of China’s education, but at this stage there are still many deficiencies in China’s moral education for young people, such as the lack of integrated macro-planning of the objectives of moral education in some areas, the lack of hierarchical teaching requirements of moral education, the lack of diversified co-ordination of the design of moral education pathways, the lack of integrated and comprehensive feedback on moral education evaluation, in particular, the disconnection of the work of moral education in large, medium and small schools and the phenomenon of fragmentation is serious. Therefore, moral education work must be based on a holistic and macroscopic perspective, do a good job of bridging the integration of moral education in large, medium and small schools, promote the integration of the objectives, content, methods and evaluation of moral education in large, medium and small schools, innovate the work of moral education, and create a favourable environment for the integration of moral education.
