摘要
“英语+”培养模式与职业规划一直是近些年来频繁被提及的话题,单一英语专业的社会需求量逐渐下降,大批英语专业学生就业成为棘手的问题。所以研究者们在此基础上提出了“英语+”培养模式与职业规划的方案,以期能够培养出符合社会需求的人才,减轻毕业生就业压力。然而随着时代发展,尤其是新四科建设的提出后,以往的研究暴露了其局限性,其提出的一些建议不再适用于现在的情况,且其研究方法有待改进。结合当下的现况,本文以现存的相关研究为基础,指出了研究存在的一些缺失和不足,并提出了相应的改进措施,希望能为研究发展提供一定程度上的帮助。The “English+” cultivating model and career planning have been frequently mentioned topics in recent years. The social demand for a single English major is gradually decreasing, hence the goal of full employment of a large number of English major students has been too far to achieve. To solve this problem, researchers have proposed an “English+” cultivating model, attached with career planning researches, in order to cultivate talents that meet social needs and reduce the employment pressure on the surplus of graduates. However, as time went by, especially since the proposal of the construction of the New-Four Disciplines, the limitations of previous researches have been pointed out. Some suggestions have been no longer compatible to the current situation. Meanwhile, their research methods need to be improved. Based on the current situation, this article points out some deficiencies and deficiencies in existing related research, and proposes corresponding improvement measures, hoping to provide some assistance for the development of research about this topic.
