协同育人视域下“辅导员 + 班主任”学风建设模式研究

摘要 随着时代发展,当代大学生学习状态受诸多因素影响,部分学生出现内生动力不足,社会价值观偏差,家庭教育矛盾等问题。这对于作为学生成长成才中坚力量的辅导员与班主任在探索学风建设模式的过程中提出了巨大挑战,急需双方打通沟通渠道,加强协同联动。本文旨在针对学风建设存在问题阐述“辅导员 + 班主任”协同育人的必要性以及其实施途径。With the development of The Times, the learning status of contemporary college students is affected by many factors. Some students have problems such as insufficient endogenous motivation, deviation of social values, and contradiction of family education. This poses a great challenge to the counselors and class teachers, who are the backbone of students’ growth and success, in the process of exploring the construction mode of learning style. It is urgent for both sides to open up communication channels and strengthen coordination. This paper aims at the problems in the construction of learning style to explain the necessity of “counselor + class teacher” collaborative education and its implementation.
