针对教师职业认同感影响教师专业发展的问题,需要从多个方面的因素展开分析,包括职业属性、社会层面和个人层面,明确的职业倾向不仅有助于教师建立明确的职业追求,从而增强教师自身职业的归属感。本文针对广西民办职业院校进行问卷调查,从年龄、教龄、性别和职称等因素分析了影响教师职业认同度的情况,为了增强教师的职业满足度和情感认同,学校需要通过改进教师的工作条件和环境,为他们提供丰富的职业成长机遇,进一步提升教师在学校内部的核心作用,使得他们得到更广泛的尊重和认同。此外,需要努力改进工资结构,确保教师得到适当的经济支持,从而增进他们的生活品质,并为他们提供职业的满足和稳固的服务基础,从而有利于提高广西民营职业院校教师的职业认同感。In response to the issue of the impact of teacher professional identity on teacher professional development, it is necessary to analyze multiple factors, including professional attributes, social levels, and individual levels. Clear career tendencies not only help teachers establish clear career pursuits, but also enhance their sense of belonging to their own profession. This article conducts a questionnaire survey on private vocational colleges in Guangxi, analyzing the factors that affect the professional identity of teachers from age, teaching experience, gender, and professional titles. In order to enhance the professional satisfaction and emotional identity of teachers, schools need to improve their working conditions and environment, provide them with rich career growth opportunities, further enhance the core role of teachers within the school, and make them more widely respected and recognized. In addition, efforts need to be made to improve the salary structure, ensure that teachers receive appropriate economic support, enhance their quality of life, and provide them with professional satisfaction and a stable service foundation, which is conducive to enhancing the professional identity of teachers in private vocational colleges in Guangxi.
