教育戏剧融入大学生心理健康教育课程的价值与实践路径

摘要 近年来,高校心理健康教育课程的地位和作用日益凸显,教学模式亟待创新。教育戏剧是一套运用多元戏剧工具于课堂的教学法,在心理健康教育中具有独特的育人价值。将教育戏剧融入高校心理健康教育课程的实践路径主要包括运用戏剧游戏、墙上角色、坐针毡、定格与思路追踪等教育习式建立戏剧情境,帮助学生在戏剧情境中实现自我成长。教育戏剧和大学生心理健康教育课程的融合不仅可以提升课堂实效,更有助于大学生心理健康素养的提升。In recent years, the status and function of mental health education courses in colleges and universities have become increasingly prominent, and the teaching mode needs to be innovated. Educational drama is a set of teaching methods using multiple dramatic tools in the classroom, which has a unique educational value in mental health education. The practice path of integrating educational drama into college mental health education curriculum mainly includes the use of drama games, wall characters, sitting on the pin felt, frozen frame and train of thought tracking to establish drama situation, and help students realize self-growth in drama situation. The integration of educational drama and college students’ mental health education courses can not only improve classroom effectiveness, but also contribute to the improvement of college students’ mental health literacy.
